CGV

RENTAL CONDITIONS

 

Sogeval SARL is the manager of each establishment belonging to the municipality where it is located.

 

1- ARRIVAL

Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, in  at 16.00 pm, out at 10.00 am in july and august. Outside this period, rentals can be for any time at your convenience. Camping, arrivals are after 13.00 pm and departures before 1100 am. Arrival day is free. In the absence of a phone message or an e-mail stating that the tenant had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental will be available 12 hours after the date mentioned in the rental contract and full payment of benefits remain required.

 

2- NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

We remind you that each accommodation is offered for a limited capacity of people. Exceeding this capacity will be rejected by the SARL Sogeval. SARL Sogeval disclaims all liability when the number of persons occupying the model considered beyond the capacity indicated. A baby or child account for a person.

The site manager is entitled to refuse any person redundant, adult or child, whatever their age.

For rental of camping, 1 person package applies only to a camper. From 2 persons (adults + children + adult or adult), the package

2 persons will be applied automatically.

 

3- BOOKING

For all bookings, a "pre-reservation" is registered (subject to availability) on receipt of the customer's call.

This is valid for 7 days. The reservation becomes binding upon receipt of deposit of 30% (with a minimum of € 25 in campsite) of the stay which must be added the amount of the fee, the amount of the insurance premium if cancellation it is purchased and reservation form signed by the client.

Any rental hut, bungalow or mobile home is personal and can not under any circumstances be sold or sublet. No changes in the content of the invoice will not be accepted after the deposit payment. Any "pre-booking" unconfirmed within 7 days will be canceled automatically.

 

4- NO RETURN

Pursuant to Article L.121-18-4 of the Consumer Code, you do not have a right of withdrawal after having accepted the contract.

 

5- PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

For rent the remaining balance is to be paid one month before arrival. If outstanding balance on the agreed date, the Sogeval SARL reserves the right to consider registering as zero and applied accordingly cancellation policy provided for in Article 10. To rent campsite, the balance is due the day of arrival at the campsite.

The manager is entitled to refuse access to the site if the balance is not paid upon arrival.

 

6- LATE REGISTRATION

When booking a rental less than one month before arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.

 

7- TOURIST TAX

The taxes collected by municipalities, are given for information only and are not contractual. They are paid by the holidaymaker at the place of stay.

 

8- BENEFITS AND OBLIGATIONS

The cleaning of the rental is charged to the tenant. Activities, entertainment and services, paid or not valid for camping and rentals.

 

9- PRICES INCLUDE

- Access to health camping and hot showers for campers;

- Access to activities and free entertainment in the campsite;

- Access to the swimming pool (private pool camping or swimming pool near St Rémy except on Durolle);

- Renting of accommodation and its equipment (detailed for each site) habitats for nature.

 

10- PRICES DO NOT COMPRENNNENT

- Animations with participation;

- Municipal taxes stay established by municipalities and whose prices vary depending on the site;

- Supplement animal;

- Renting of linens, baby equipment habitats for nature;

- The deposit (see terms of sale)

- Access to the swimming pool in St Remy sur Durolle

- The deposit (see Article 11).

 

11- CAUTION

Rent, a deposit of 200 € for furniture, household equipment and will be required upon arrival at your place of stay. This will be returned within 7 days of the end of the stay, provided that the accommodation is left clean and deducting any costs of remediation of the site and the value of the missing or damaged.

The material of each accommodation is subject to an inventory encrypted delivered to the customer, which is required to control upon arrival and report any discrepancies on the same day. The inventory of each accommodation is available on request.

In case of retirement or early evening, but inventory can be equivalent to an acceptance of the decision of the local potential restraint on all or part of the deposit in case of cleaning or repair.

The client may require the responsible conduct local inventory after hours provided for this purpose.

 

FAMILIAR 12- ANIMALS

Dogs and cats are allowed on all sites within the limit of 2 per unit or location (with a supplement of € 1.60 per animal per day) leashed and vaccinated.

Category 1 dogs are not allowed on campsites and rentals. Category 2 dogs must be muzzled and kept on a leash by an adult. The customer should be able to present vaccination certificates mandatory local official at his place of residence. The site manager is entitled to refuse any dog ​​owner who does not comply with this clause.

 

13-CANCELLATION

 

          13-1- Due to the buyer

 

In case of cancellation of your stay, you will be retained or to have the rental fees and insurance, and as a breach of contract:

 

Habitat in nature:

- An amount equal to 25% of the cost of your stay if you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled date;

- The total amount of your stay if you cancel less than 30 days before the date of arrival, or if you do not attend this date.

 

In campsite:

An amount equal to 25% of the full cost of the stay.

 

The email cancellation must be received by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, the date of the postmark.

 

          13-2- Because the seller

 

SARL Sogeval may need to modify or cancel a trip or activity in case of insufficient participation or external events beyond its control.

 

14- CHANGES

Because of the buyer. We accept any change of date or place of stay within the limits of availability. By cons, in the absence of a message stating that the tenant had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental will be available 12 hours after the date mentioned in the rental contract and full payment of unpaid benefits remain demanded.

No reduction will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.

 

By the seller. In case the stay is modified on essential before beginning, because the reservation service where a provider, the client may, within 7 days after being notified:

- Or terminate a reservation in accordance with Article 10.

- Or agree to participate in living modified by signing an addendum to the contract specifying the changes, and if necessary, by supporting the increase or decrease of prices that they cause.

 

15- CLAIMS

Any claim relating to services sold should be directed to the booking no later than 21 days after the end of the stay, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt so that we can respond as soon as possible.

 

 

CANCELLATION 16- ASSURANCE

Guarantees repatriation and cancellation insurance are not included in the price of accommodation or campsite. We can offer this insurance surcharge. We strongly recommend you to subscribe. Laprime insurance must be paid in full when booking and is never repaid.

 

17- INTERIOR REGLEMENT

Every tenant is required to comply strictly with rules of the institution which is posted at the entrance and each can get a copy on request.

It belongs to the tenant to ensure properly throughout the duration of his stay: SARL SOGEVAL disclaims any responsibility in case of theft, fire, weather or various incidents directly under the responsibility of the tenant.

18- LIABILITY

Cancellation Insurance covers you against the consequences of the cancellation or interruption of your stay.

 

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE, if one of the following events occurs:

- Serious illness or serious accident or death to:

• You or your spouse (or cohabitant),

• One of your parents, children, sons-or daughters-in;

- Death of a brother, a sister, a brother, a sister;

- Redundancy;

- Accident or theft of your vehicle and / or caravan occurring on the (direct) journey to get to the place of stay.

 

DURING YOUR STAY, if any of the above events occurs and forces you to shorten your stay.

 

EXCLUSIONS:

• Losses caused by foreign war, civil strike, nuclear or radioactive effects.

• The damage caused intentionally by the insured.

• Suicide or attempted suicide of the insured.

• The accident, illness or death:

- Occurring before the effective date of the warranty,

- Subsequent to a chronic health condition,

- Reaching a person over the age of 80 years unless death occurs less than 5 days before the date of arrival.

 

WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE EVENT OF A CLAIM?

• Within 24 hours, without fail, warn the camp office as soon as you become aware of an event that prevents your departure.

• Notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all information and documents such as medical certificate or proof of the event.
